Explore the sandy sea shore with CMA Education Staff! This informative class designed for families and led by CMA Educators will introduce you to the amazing animals that have adapted to live in the ever changing sandy beach habitat. Bring your towels and get ready to be wet and sandy! After our private classroom laboratory visit with microscopes and specimens, we'll explore the shore looking for sand crabs, clams, worms, kelp flies and grunion eggs! Reserve early, class size is limited to 20 participants!
No walk-ins please, registration is required; call 310-548-7562. Deadline to register is one week before the class begins.
Fee: $5 adults, $1 children and seniors (FREE for Friends members). Financial assistance is available.
