Research at CMA

Research plays an important role in understanding our ocean environment and protecting marine life. At Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, research is also about the journey. Our goal is to teach volunteers and students how to collect data on marine life by using the scientific method. Through our research projects, people have the chance to learn about ocean animals and find out how science is done in the real world.
