Observe animal behavior as you hold hermit crabs, go crab fishing, feed barnacles and more! Discover the marvelous mud at the salt marsh and how native peoples have used the ocean. Registration includes a Science at the Seashore T-shirt.
Session 2: Thursday, July 8 and Friday, July 9
All classes will be onsite at Cabrillo Marine Aquarium and will be held outdoors. Please bring a hat, sunscreen, and water. All students are required to wear a mask at all times. We will be following all City of Los Angeles, Department of Recreation and Parks COVID safety guidelines.
Pre-registration required. Space is limited! Please register for only one session. Registration closes one week before class begins. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
