Coastweeks: Coastal Cleanup Day

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Spend Saturday morning enjoying the coast while helping the environment. Join the international effort to "Adopt a Beach". Hosted by Cabrillo Marine Aquarium in collaboration with the California Coastal Commission, this event will be the 27th annual Coastal Cleanup Day. Every U.S. state and over 90 countries are engaging in the clean-up.

Participants will meet on outer Cabrillo Beach at 9 am. Aquarium staff will provide bags, instructions and light refreshments. All participants must bring a signed waiver, for children under the age of 18 the waiver needs to be signed by a parent or guardian. Groups are requested to call ahead at 310-548-7562.
