Cabrillo Marine Aquarium (CMA) and Algalita Marine Research and Education (AMR&E) invite you to communicate with researchers via satellite as they take another expedition to The Great Pacific Garbage Patch to study plastic pollution.
This event will offer a rare opportunity to communicate with researchers at sea as they share how they conduct their research. A panel of experts in the Auditorium will share their knowledge and varied experiences in facing the challenges of plastic era waste with recommendations for solutions.
This event is free but space is limited and reservations are required. Reservations can be made by calling AMR&E at 562-598-4889.
