Earth Day Poster Contest Sponsored by the Port of Los Angeles
Thank you to everyone that entered this year’s Earth Day Poster Contest with the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium. We received 130 entries coming from as close as San Pedro, California to as far as Grain Valley, Missouri! We really enjoyed seeing all your beautiful art and learning about the many ways people connect with the world around them.
This year’s theme was “How do you enjoy nature?”…
It can be as simple as a walk outside your door, or something that is searched for on the other side of our globe… But as many of the artists reflected, no matter where you find it or how you choose to spend time with it, the health and balance of the natural world are essential to us all.
Thank you again to everyone who shared and please enjoy some of our favorite entries here…
